Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Office Assistant to provide administrative support and customer service in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing a high volume of inbound calls, filing, and writing orders while utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
- Accurately enter data and write orders using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide administrative support and customer service at the front desk.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in answering phones and managing high call volumes.
- Strong organizational skills for filing and data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and administrative assistance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone handling and filing is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Comfortable with seasonal work from April to the end of September or early October.
