Job Title: Panel BuilderJob Description

We are looking for a skilled Panel Builder who will be responsible for constructing and wiring electrical panels according to detailed blueprints and schematics. This role requires precision and a keen eye for quality, ensuring that all builds meet specific customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Tap and wire panels following customer-specific blueprints and schematics.
  • Inspect quality of builds to ensure they adhere to the specified blueprints.
  • Ensure correct wires and parts are used in panel construction.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring with accuracy.
  • Conduct wire tightness tests using calibrated torque tools.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience in panel building and electrical assembly.
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and control panels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic cable assembly.
  • Experience in wiring panels from instructions such as to-from lists or wire lists.

Work Environment

Work shifts are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The facility offers a temperature-controlled environment ensuring comfort throughout your workday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr.
