Description
The facilities team at the University of Rochester is looking to add a desktop support professional to their team. This candidate will be supporting 1000+ faculty in the facilities as well as 600+ devices. They will support the different departments in facilities which can include mail services, parking, printer troubleshooting, software installs, desktop builds and different tasks within the department. They will be working on a close knit team of 4 which includes two other desktop technicians and a web developer. 40 hours a week. 1st couple weeks will be on site then it will move to a hybrid schedule
