Job Title: Environmental Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental Coordinator to assist the Office Manager in organizing and managing various office tasks and schedules. This role involves coordinating material technicians' schedules, planning driving routes, and performing essential administrative duties. Your support will ensure smooth office operations, particularly when dispatch and fleet tasks are not the primary focus. Flexibility is key, as administrative responsibilities are a core component of this position.
Responsibilities
- Organize material technicians' schedules and plan driving routes.
- Assist with office tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining common areas, receiving and shipping packages, and coordinating events as needed.
- Perform administrative duties to support smooth office operations.
Essential Skills
- Degree in Environmental Science or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an entry-level technician or coordinator role.
- Willingness to expand into laboratory or fieldwork.
- Proficiency in administrative support, data gathering, and data management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT is preferred.
- Experience in regulatory reporting and administrative support.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $25.00/hr.
