Phlebotomist – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Phlebotomist, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical operations, ensuring accurate and timely specimen collection and processing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing venipuncture and capillary blood draws with care and confidence
• Collecting specimens for specialized tests (e.g., drug screening, paternity, alcohol testing)
• Labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and storing specimens per protocol
• Accurately entering patient data and maintaining thorough documentation
• Verifying requisitions and sample identifiers for accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DEP, and HIPAA regulations
• Providing excellent service to patients and clinical staff
• Assisting with billing, payment collection, and administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional phlebotomy experience
• Expertise in venipuncture and specimen handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy lab
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
