Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at a high-volume patient service center. This role requires proficiency in blood collection techniques, including the use of straight and butterfly needles, and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles, including for difficult cases
• Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages, including infants and pediatric patients
• Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Document procedures and patient interactions with precision and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience
• Proficiency in venipuncture techniques, including butterfly needle use
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with pediatric and infant blood draws is preferred

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Flexibility to cover additional sites as needed
