Service Dispatcher

**Job Title: Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Dispatcher**

**Location:** Long Island, NY (servicing Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Westchester)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Dispatcher with a strong background in parts inventory management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching service technicians, managing inventory, and supporting the Service Manager in daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Follow company policies and safety protocols.

- Dispatch service technicians to various locations including Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Westchester.

- Assist the Service Manager in organizing work requests, tracking completed jobs, and maintaining records of charges and expenses.

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts to maintain proper vehicle stock.

- Inspect HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, tools, and vehicles regularly and coordinate maintenance as needed.

- Schedule and manage Preventive Maintenance for all HVAC/R equipment.

- Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction.

- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and team members.

- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork efficiently.

- Prepare quotes for parts and distribute them to service technicians.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 2 years of commercial dispatch and parts management experience.
