Join a well-established and expanding custom fabrication shop known for producing high-end stainless steel systems used by leading companies in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and chemical industries. - This role is ideal for a detail-oriented MIG welder who takes pride in clean, consistent welds and enjoys working on challenging, custom-built equipment—not repetitive production work.
What You’ll Do
- MIG weld stainless steel components for sanitary and structural applications
- Fabricate and assemble tanks, pressure vessels, vacuum chambers, and custom stainless assemblies
- Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Maintain food- and pharma-grade weld quality and cleanliness standards
- Operate fabrication tools including grinders, polishers, cutters, and machining equipment
- Work collaboratively to meet high quality and delivery expectations
- Support on-site welding and installation as projects require
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of MIG welding experience on stainless steel
- Ability to pass a 3/8" stainless steel weld test (corner and butt joint)
- Experience in sanitary or food‑grade stainless welding
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a fabrication environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Wheatfield, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
