IMMEDIATE BILINGUAL SPANISH CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED, START IMMEDIATLEY

MONDAY - FRIDAY 11AM- 8PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK A SATURDAY IF NEEDED

WHITE PLAINS, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)

$21/HR

Qualifications:

• 2 years of call center customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Microsoft office proficient
• Type 35 WPM

Responsibilities:

-Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information

-Receive upward of 100 calls per day

-Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call

-Field calls with the utmost level of customer service

-Inbound phone calls

-Pension plans, Disability,

-High volume calls

-Enter customer information

- Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment

- Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time

- Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department
