Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee a bank renovation project.
• This is a contract position lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and additional project needs.
• The role involves supervising subcontractors and ensuring quality work is completed on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to schedules.
• Read and interpret specifications to guide construction activities.
• Document daily progress with photos and detailed write-ups.
• Coordinate with the project overseer managing budget and schedule.

Essential Skills

• Experience in subcontractor management.
• Possession of OSHA 30 certification.
• Proven track record in commercial construction and supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background as a carpenter, foreman, or similar role in construction supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders.

Work Environment

• The position requires onsite presence each day in Orchard Park and downtown Buffalo, NY.
• The work involves overseeing construction activities and coordinating with various teams to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

This is a Contract position based out of Williamsville, NY.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Williamsville,NY.
