We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team for a project in Lorain, OH. This is a full-time position with working hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, involving ten-hour workdays. The primary focus of this role is on Section 8 housing projects, where you will be responsible for replacing furnaces and performing other HVAC-related tasks.
Responsibilities- Replace and install new furnaces efficiently.
- Perform duct work installation and replacements.
- Conduct HVAC system change-outs and line set installations.
- Ensure all work is clean, neat, and meets project standards.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and replacement.
- Proficiency in furnace installation and duct work.
- Ability to effectively pull out and replace furnaces.
- Possession of personal tools necessary for HVAC installations.
- Strong reliability and punctuality.
- Experience with line set installation is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean and neat work.

Work EnvironmentThe work will be conducted on a Section 8 housing project in Lorain, OH. The project involves working in various housing units, requiring a focus on precision and cleanliness. Dress code is casual, but safety gear is required as needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.84/hr.
