Production Operator

Job Title: Production Operator (Open Shifts) ($20-22/hr.)

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will oversee multiple operations on a production line, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will be cross-trained to perform different tasks every two hours, contributing to a dynamic and versatile work environment. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. We have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. We offer shift differentials we well!

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple operations on a production line.
• Cross-train and perform different tasks every two hours.
• Label boxes in preparation for shipping.
• Run laminator for product completion.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures diligently.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Machine operation proficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work effectively with other team members on the production line.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced production setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beach City, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
