About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Client Support Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and data entry skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Correspond with clients regarding order status, lead times, delays, and back orders—primarily via email (95%) and occasionally by phone (5%).
- Enter orders received through telephone, email, or website into the system accurately.
- Communicate updates between clients and the production team to ensure transparency and timely delivery.
- Occasionally take orders directly from customers and provide support throughout the order process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal).
- Prior customer service experience (including retail).
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
