Site Coordinator
Position Profile
Accountable for daily operations of a solo-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services including, but not limited to: copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility
  • Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging and mail equipment
  • May manage: courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping & receiving, mail delivery and processing
  • Maintain formal daily contact with customers
  • Implement and manage RICOH Service Excellence Programs
  • Operate equipment/software efficiently to meet service level agreements
  • Achieve cost-efficiency by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies
  • Perform routine tasks such as work order creation, contractor monitoring, inspections, and reporting facility issues
  • Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants
  • Manage office supply inventory and reordering
  • Coordinate conference rooms and A/V equipment resources
  • Foster positive internal relationships through professional communication
  • Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including monthly reporting
  • Ensure financial responsibilities are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Requires:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology

  • Ability to present to small groups
  • Moderate problem-solving skills
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Basic technical aptitude
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
  • Office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels
  • Diverse work assignments requiring interpretation and application of complex materials and instructions
  • Some physical effort required: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files)
  • Moderate dexterity: regular use of basic tools and equipment (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination)
