Responsibilities

  • Perform testing and inspection of construction activities, including concrete, soils, masonry, asphalt, aggregate, and reinforcing steel.
  • Review project drawings and specifications.
  • Report test results and timesheets to the Project Manager daily.
  • Maintain good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize basic computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Consider candidates with experience and certifications such as NICET, ACI Field, ODOT, NETTCP, and/or ICC.

Essential Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work outdoors on construction sites in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work a variable schedule and overtime as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma is required
  • Preferred experience in construction or trades (e.g., concrete, masonry, general labor).
  • ACI, Nuclear Gauge, NETTCP, or other related CMT certifications are a plus.
