We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to design and improve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in product design, tooling, and materials, and excel in analyzing product requirements to develop efficient production workflows. This role involves optimizing operations by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout, ensuring quality through testing methods and process standards, supporting decisions by calculating labor and material costs, reporting on product and process trends through data analysis, and providing technical support by addressing engineering inquiries.
Responsibilities- Design and improve manufacturing processes using expertise in product design, tooling, and materials.
- Analyze product requirements to develop efficient production workflows.
- Optimize operations by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout.
- Ensure quality through testing methods and process standards.
- Support decisions by calculating labor and material costs.
- Report on product and process trends through data analysis.
- Provide technical support by addressing engineering inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in identifying production inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with machining, casting, and robotic automation systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).
- Knowledge of CNC programming.
- Understanding of ISO standards.
- Automotive experience.
- CNC Programming.
- Robotic Automation programming.
This position operates in a dynamic manufacturing and foundry environment, specifically within the casting and machining departments. The role requires interaction with various departments to ensure efficient production processes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Celina, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
