• PAY: $65-75K annually depending on experience
• SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On site.

Description:

- Design and improve manufacturing processes using expertise in product design, tooling, and materials.

- Analyze product requirements to develop efficient production workflows.

- Optimize operations by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout.

- Ensure quality through testing methods and process standards.

- Support decisions by calculating labor and material costs.

- Report on product and process trends through data analysis.

- Provide technical support by addressing engineering inquiries.

MUST HAVES:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.

- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficient in identifying production inefficiencies and implementing targeted process improvements.

- Hands-on experience with machining, casting, and robotic automation systems.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX).

- CNC Programming
