Description
10 person team who handles all customer inquiries from client's ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines).
Candidate will be working in a cubicle setting, handling 40+ customer inquiries per shift all over video.
Candidate will be running transactions electronically, assisting bank customers with deposits, withdrawals, applying loan payments, cashing checks, etc. Candidate will be responsible for documenting and notating all transactions appropriately after the call.
