Mortgage Closer III

Description

• Prepare and review Settlement Statements for all conforming loan types including Fannie, Freddit, VA, and FHA.

• Assure loans documents are prepared and completed according to regulatory and investor guidelines.

• Uploads and delivers loans to the clients in a timely manner.

• Works with both internal and external customers

• Able to handle moderately complex issues with most complex issues referred to supervisor for resolution.

• Primary focus is on execution wit defined parameters, with some expansion based on developing capabilities and/or experience, in partnership with more experienced staff

• manage a pipeline of 20-30 loans

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements

- 2-4 years related experience in encompass and mortgage closing

- High School Diploma or GED
