As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to assist with a variety of banking inquiries. From troubleshooting login issues to explaining account features, you’ll be the first point of contact—and the key to a positive customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts, online banking access, and general account support.
  • Handle incoming communications via phone, email, chat, and social media using call routing and digital support tools.
  • Perform account transactions and maintenance activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strive for first contact resolution by efficiently resolving issues during the initial interaction.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate sales associates.
  • Stay up to date on bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to team members or department leadership when necessary.
