About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their care journey. You’ll work closely with providers and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and consultations with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical updates in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Assist providers with in-room procedures, specimen collection, and patient education.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms while upholding infection control standards.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and administrative staff to streamline communication and care delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical assisting or a related clinical support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
