Job Title: Digital Health Marketing Specialist
Job DescriptionAs a Digital Health Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, analyzing, and optimizing digital media strategies. Your insights will drive decisions on media campaigns, content performance, and audience engagement, ultimately contributing to our mission of empowering better health. This role reports to the Manager, Digital Health Media Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client-facing sales teams to develop customized proposals that align with client objectives and budgets.
- Develop compelling proposal options in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Scope and recommend innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Identify and reach specific audience segments by leveraging audience insights, demographic data, and market trends. This involves campaign scoping, setting campaign goals, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular reporting on impressions, click-through rates, and other relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with the strategy & insights team on the delivery of audience quality and script lift insights.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign design, setup, and execution.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and experience working with programmatic platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge and prior use of Salesforce and SQL.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a flexible schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
