What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their banking needs. Your role will involve:

  • 📞 Engaging with customers via phone, email, and digital channels (chat, social media).
  • 🏦 Assisting with inquiries related to checking and savings accounts, online banking access, and foundational banking services.
  • 🔍 Performing account transactions and maintenance with precision and care.
  • 🎯 Striving for first-contact resolution by using your expertise and available resources.
  • 📚 Staying up-to-date on bank products, policies, and procedures.
  • 💡 Identifying sales opportunities and referring clients to the appropriate teams.
  • 🧠 Escalating complex issues when necessary, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or financial services environment.
