About the Company: K2M is a multi disciplinary firm that offers interior design, architectural and engineering/MEP services. They have multiple offices located around the Midwest in Indy, Columbus, Cleveland, Tampa and Charlotte. Most of their work is Government/Municipal, hospitality, Sr. Living, Multi-family and Commercial.

Design Architect:

-mid level architect with commercial design capabilities

-Will utilize Revit to create designs in 2d and 3d

-Coordinate with project teams and engineering personnel

-Draws finished designs from sketches.

-Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.

-Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.

-Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data.

-Writes reports and specifications.

-Estimating 40-45 hrs per week
