Warehouse Associate - $18/hr - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, working Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation and shipment of goods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance, determining the most economical and efficient shipping method.
• Select appropriate shipping containers and pack items to ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare bills of lading and verify that items to be shipped match work orders in terms of quantities, destination, and routing.
• Receive and unload incoming materials, comparing information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy.
• Sort, count, package, label, insure, unpack, and/or log inventory that is shipped or received.
• Utilize equipment such as scan guns, pallet jacks, tow motors, shrink wrap, and box cutters.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean, temperature-controlled distribution center, emphasizing employee safety and organization. Our team is experienced and dedicated to investing in new hires to maximize retention.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
