Job Description

As a Finishing Operator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring the quality and precision of finished parts. This role operates on two shifts: 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasonic machines and utilize benching/polish stones to remove EDM recast from hardened contour surfaces.
• Finish surfaces, including polishing of die details, from rough benching through finish benching to meet customer surface finish requirements.
• Visually verify contours and smoothness of parts.
• Perform quality checks of finished parts.
• Ensure finished results meet customer specifications.

Work Environment

The Finishing Operator will work at the Engines Products facility located in Cleveland, operating in a structured manufacturing setting. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and precision in finishing tasks, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54912.00/yr.
