We’re seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team based out of Columbus, Ohio. This individual will play a critical role in user access management, technical support, and IT asset handling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage access rights to applications and network services, including folders, printers, databases, cloud environments, and user drives
  • Perform password resets across multiple systems and platforms
  • Handle account cleanup and user provisioning, including creation, disabling, deletion, and remediation
  • Support secondary accounts and privileged access management
  • Provide direct customer support via phone, messaging, and in-person interactions
  • Deploy endpoints and configure new hardware for delivery
  • Prepare equipment for e-recycling through movement, processing, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service desk issues with professionalism and efficiency

Core Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong experience in help desk and desktop support
  • Familiarity with identity and access management systems
  • Operational knowledge of email platforms and endpoint deployment
  • Understanding of IT service management processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Ability to contribute immediately to ongoing initiatives
