Job Description
We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role primarily involves mechanic maintenance, focusing on conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, gear boxes, and low voltage electrical troubleshooting. The main responsibility is to troubleshoot and ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines, with minimal involvement in preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues in conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, and gear boxes.
- Perform low voltage electrical troubleshooting, specifically with photo eyes and sensors.
- Ensure continuous operation of production lines by addressing and resolving mechanical and electrical problems.
- Utilize personal tools to effectively repair and maintain equipment.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a trades school certificate in industrial repair and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with conveyor systems and low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred experience with conveyor systems.
- Capability to perform preventive maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
