Description

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, standardization, and improvement of engineering documentation and manufacturing processes. This role will focus heavily on creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and engineering standards, while consolidating legacy documentation into a centralized SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, is highly detail-oriented, and can quickly learn existing processes to implement actionable improvements. This individual must be inquisitive, collaborative, and capable of “hitting the ground running” in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and engineering standards - Consolidate and document legacy engineering information into SharePoint for centralized review and control - Perform research, data collection, and revision control to support accurate and compliant documentation - Create new documentation from scratch and support enhancements and modifications through the ECO process - Support part creation and management within ERP systems (Epicure/Connetic) - Develop and update 3D models and related documentation using AutoDesk tools - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of process improvements - Evaluate and improve existing work instructions that were previously created on an ad-hoc basis - Learn current manufacturing processes quickly and execute action items and improvement projects that deliver practical solutions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
