Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in the plant without direct supervision. Plant equipment includes, but is not limited to: CNC machines, presses, and horizontal saws. This position will work closely with machine operators, upper management, quality control, outside vendors, and other employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and recommend solutions.
• Repair all equipment in the plant.
• Disassemble and assemble equipment as needed.
• Assist other maintenance team members.
• Follow proper procedures for lockout/tagout of equipment to be worked on.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks scheduled for the shift.
• Accurately document repairs made using the CMMS program.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by management.

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns such as motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to run, install, rewire, and repair any AC or DC control panel or circuitry in the facility.
• Document completion of all assigned tasks through the CMMS system.
• Compliance with all company safety policies and rules.
• Ability to read, understand, correct, or modify blueprints.
• Proficiency in operating a lift truck and overhead crane.

• Journeyman Millwright.
• Journeyman Electrician.

The work environment is heavy industrial, with a CNC area that is temperature-controlled and a metal forging/cutting area. The first shift is from 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed. The third shift is from 8pm to 6am, working 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Thursday, with some weekends as needed. Attire includes metatarsal boots, jeans, and a t-shirt.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $64480.00/yr.
