Millwright Tech

Join our team as a Millwright Technician where you will be responsible for assembling mechanical equipment, setting up conveyor systems, and putting together farm equipment in the field. This role involves gathering necessary materials and tools, cutting steel using plasma cutting and grading saws, and learning to read blueprints. You will measure and cut steel, and assemble farming conveyor systems within a one-hour radius of your location.

• Assemble mechanical equipment in the field.
• Set up and put together conveyor systems and farm equipment.
• Gather necessary materials and tools for assembly tasks.
• Cut steel using plasma cutting and grading saws.
• Learn and interpret blueprints for assembly tasks.
• Measure and cut steel components.
• Assemble farming conveyor systems in the field.

• Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures.
• Experience in millwright tasks, particularly in assembling equipment.
• Familiarity with welding, conveyor assembly, and mechanical assembly.

• Punctuality and strong attendance record.
• Career-minded and hard-working individuals will excel in this role.
• Ability to read a tape measure and a willingness to learn measuring and cutting steel.
• Mechanical assembly experience is preferred and helpful.

Work is primarily conducted within a one-hour radius of your location, OH, with up to 70-90% of the work being outside, depending on the workload. Be prepared for occasional overnight stays in hotels, with travel requirements of 1-3 weeks at a time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Comb, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
