Job Title: Machine Operator | $22-24 HR | 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 12 AM or 1 AM, with the possibility of overtime. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 2-4 weeks. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or production documents.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or improvements.
Essential Skills
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with assembly, inspection, and using hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment
Work in a nice, clean, and organized facility. While not temperature-controlled, heaters and fans are available for certain weather conditions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medina, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
