🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Controls Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of capital project execution—bridging the gap between design, construction, and performance. You’ll:

  • Coordinate technician schedules and forecast manpower needs.
  • Manage commissioning timelines and resolve post-installation issues.
  • Integrate construction and design schedules with commissioning activities.
  • Lead system walkdowns, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Train and support suppliers in commissioning software systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and client teams to ensure seamless execution.

🧠 What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in commissioning or construction for I&C or Electrical Basebuild systems.
  • Expertise in Rockwell Automation ,PLC5 , and ControlLogix platforms. PLC troubleshooting
  • Strong grasp of large-scale capital projects and multi-discipline coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with industrial environments (HVAC, Clean Rooms, Gas/Chem Distribution, etc.).

💡 Bonus Points For:

  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in control systems programming and configuration.
  • Experience with BMS, SCADA, or I/O checkouts.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
