Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in the paint line department, focusing on a mix of electrical and mechanical tasks. This role involves general maintenance, machine repair, and installation of plastic injection molding machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and machine repair of plastic injection molding machines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, motors, gears, air systems, conveyor lines, cylinders, and valves.
• Execute machine rigging tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v 3 phase, 240v, and 120v, including Fanuc robots, drives, relays, control panels, and motors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Perform MIG and Stick welding on equipment.
• Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of NORTHWOOD, OH.

The pay range for this position is $70408.00 - $83928.00/yr.

Competitive pay & benefits will pay for continued education non- union

This is a fully onsite position in NORTHWOOD,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 7, 2026.
