Level 1 Support role:


Day-to-day responsibilities:

- 2-3 years of helpdesk experience

- ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system experience

- Troubleshooting h/w, s/w, applications

- Windows environment

- Soft skills!!!! Pleasant! Great customer service skills
