Description

BASIC DUTIES: "Become a key contributor within an industry-leading Operations Team" 1. Provide superior technical support to our local & national customers. 2. Pull, Place, Terminate, and Label Copper & Fiber. 3. Build cable pathways & Install support structures. 4. Tone, Test, and Troubleshoot cables. 5. Provide efficient & effective solutions for all customer issues. 6. Install cabinets, racks, patch panels, fiber enclosures, and misc hardware. 7. Install Grounding, as required by NECA or BICSI-607. 8. Responsibly manage tracking & use of all installation tools & materials 9. Provide daily status reports to your project manager. 10. Keep current with all industry training & best practices. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: All of your installation assignments are completed accurately & on-time. All of your work adheres to Network9 policy and procedure. All of your required documentation is accurate, timely, and complete. Ensure technical challenges and customer needs are escalated to project manager. Track both to resolution. Own the solution!
