About the Role

We are seeking OSP Inspectors to support a major fiber expansion initiative for a leading fiber provider. This program focuses on building underground fiber routes to new data centers, enabling next-generation connectivity and high-capacity infrastructure for enterprise clients.

Your primary responsibility will be documenting construction progress and site conditions using an iPad—capturing photos, noting issues, and sharing updates with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take clear, detailed photos of underground fiber construction activities and site conditions.
• Upload and share images daily to provide visibility to remote project teams.
• Record basic notes on progress, issues, and compliance with plans.
• Communicate any concerns promptly to the Construction Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in utility or construction inspection (OSP experience is ideal but not required).
• Underground utility experience strongly preferred (boring, trenching, conduit placement).
• Ability to use an iPad or similar device for photo documentation and reporting.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and traveling locally.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
