Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment, including wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, specifically 480v systems.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to identify machine components.
• Work on industrial equipment such as conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.
• Understand and work with limit switches, including normally open, normally open held closed, normally closed, and normally closed held open configurations.
• Utilize Allen-Bradley PLCs and perform PLC troubleshooting.

• 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair, specifically with 480v systems.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify machine components from them.
• 2+ years of experience working on industrial equipment, including conveyors, belts, wrappers, slicers, shredders, and die cutters.
• 2+ years of experience with limit switches and PLC troubleshooting.

• Experience with HMI or laptop hookup troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing plant.
• Additional schooling or certifications are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
