Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for drilling into concrete, extending safety fencing, and bolting together a frame to ensure safety on the Robotics floor. This role requires mechanical savvy and inclination, as well as the ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment alongside a team to complete tasks within specific time constraints. You will also maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment in compliance with company policies. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Looking for individuals who can start April 13th!

Responsibilities

• Drill into concrete and extend safety fencing.
• Bolt together frames with precision on the Robotics floor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to achieve a set number of swaps in a given timeframe.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical inclination and savvy.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience in commercial construction and assembly.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that is loud and can be chaotic. The role involves standing or walking for extended periods, and the ability to handle physical tasks is essential.

This is a Contract position based out of Solon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
