Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong history in mechanical and electrical maintenance, capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment. This role demands a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, converting amperes to watts and ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines, including PLC programming and ladder logic.
• Repair and maintain robotic systems and automated machinery.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate conditions and energy efficiency.
• Utilize welding and fabrication skills to create custom parts and repair metal structures.
• Design and modify parts and systems using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Robotics and automation skills for maintaining and optimizing automated systems.
• HVAC skills for maintaining climate control systems.
• Advanced welding and fabrication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD for designing and modifying parts and systems.

The pay range for this position is $54800.00 - $62400.00/yr.
