Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for an experienced Switch Board Assembler to become a key part of our production team. If you take pride in detailed craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, this role offers a strong long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and wire switch board units, each containing roughly 25 wires
• Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams with accuracy
• Use hand and power tools to complete precise mechanical assembly
• Perform panel and electronic wiring, including soldering and crimping
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Adjust to changing production needs and support various assignments as required

What You Bring

• Ability to confidently read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience
• 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience, including wiring
• Familiarity with specialty tools (training provided)
• Ability to stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts with scheduled breaks)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
