About the Role

If you love staying organized and getting behind the wheel of a forklift, this role gives you the best of both worlds. As a Tool Room Admin, you’ll run the tool room like a pro—tracking screws, parts, and components that keep the entire facility operating. And when the floor needs support, you’ll jump on a sit‑down forklift to move materials, restock areas, and keep production flowing. This is a role for someone who likes to stay active, stay sharp, and stay in control.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Manage, organize, and track tool room inventory — especially screws, fasteners, and small components.
• Maintain highly accurate inventory records and counts.
• Operate a sit‑down forklift to move materials, replenish parts, and support production teams.
• Assist with material handling, staging, and internal transport.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to make sure they have the parts they need before they need them.

🎯 Essential Skills

• Strong math and counting accuracy — you’re the person who keeps it precise.
• Knowledge of screws, fasteners, and general tool room operations.
• Experience with inventory systems or tracking.
• Comfortable operating a sit‑down forklift in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility
• Material handling or warehouse support experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, OK.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
