HVAC Technician

Monday-Friday 1st Shift

$28-$34 based on experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS).
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory of parts and tools.
• Assist with major repairs and collaborate with other maintenance staff.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Attend training sessions and complete required documentation on time.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, repair, and service.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, testing, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, and commercial/industrial HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified HVAC technical training or state-approved HVAC license.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
