Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Combo Welder skilled in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding to support ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑minded, and comfortable working extended hours when needed.
Responsibilities
• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on various metals and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to meet project specifications.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience in fitting, fabrication, and assembly.
• Strong inspection skills to ensure weld quality and compliance.
• Ability to maintain welding equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Preferably 5+ years of welding experience.
• Knowledge of stainless steel and pipe fitting.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and optional travel.

Work Environment
This position is based in a machine shop with standard hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Extended 12‑hour shifts and optional travel should be expected. The workplace emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent production quality.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nowata, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
