Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

A Registered Nurse (RN) I works under general supervision to provide the highest quality of care to patients in a hospital setting. The role involves addressing health issues ranging from simple to complex. The RN models exemplary behavior by embodying core values such as putting patients first, pursuing relentless excellence, showing integrity, seeking inclusion for all, constantly learning, and valuing teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting.
• Educate patients about health management and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient electronic health records.
• Conduct telehealth sessions and triage patients as necessary.
• Deliver acute care and manage care plans for patients.

Essential Skills

• Strong written, typing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Active RN License in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and electronic health record management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 1+ years of experience in patient care as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Registered Nurse License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact Registered Nurse (eNLC).
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Work Environment

The work environment is a hospital setting where the RN will engage with a diverse team and patient population. The role requires adaptability to various health issues and the ability to provide care through both in-person and telehealth services.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
