Job Title: Plastic Mold Technician

Job Description

As a Mold Technician, you will be responsible for performing mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mold repairs and insert changes.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Respond to Quality Assurance Technicians by adjusting machines to maintain appropriate sizes and standards.
  • Oversee proper packaging procedures.
  • Review production schedules to ensure machines are running efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and requests for assistance to correct machine malfunctions and address Packer/Handler issues.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in plastic molding and injection mold techniques.
  • Experience with mold setup and plastic injection processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with maintenance on molding machines.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift, following a 2,2,3 schedule which means you only work 15 days per month.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $56160.00/yr.
