About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Mold Maker with strong machining experience and the ability to design and build precision molds for plastic injection molding. If you excel with CAD software, enjoy hands-on craftsmanship, and thrive in a collaborative engineering environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, edit, and optimize machining programs for high‑precision mold production.
- Work closely with engineering teams to turn technical specs into production-ready mold components.
- Perform machining, tooling, mold repair, and adjustments in a plastic injection molding setting.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in plastic injection molding.
- Strong measurement skills using calipers and basic inspection tools.
- Ability to inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Comfortable working 10-hour shifts consistently.
- Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- CAD proficiency for design work, edits, or tooling adjustments.
- Basic maintenance or troubleshooting abilities for equipment repairs.

Work Environment
- 83,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility in central Oklahoma City
- Indoor employee parking
- Access to 18–20 machines, including custom-built equipment
- 4x10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
