Low Voltage Installer

Wachter is seeking experienced and self-driven Low Voltage Technicians to support a nationwide CCTV installation project at Amazon warehouse loading ports. This is a 100% traveling position, ideal for professionals who thrive in independent, team-based environments and are committed to delivering high-quality work on schedule. Deployed to Arkansas by August 6th and work is projected until November of this year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber optic cables
• Perform punch downs and structured cabling
• Install CCTV/IP cameras and telecom equipment in commercial environments
• Mount and paint conduit, install IDF cabinets, racks, and wireless access points
• Operate scissor lifts and work at heights exceeding 40 feet
• Maintain accurate schedules and complete tasks without direct onsite supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Proven experience with:
  • Cat5/6 and fiber terminations
  • CCTV/IP camera installation
  • Telecom equipment installation in commercial settings
• Must possess basic hand tools
• Ability to travel 100% of the time (vehicle provided)
• Comfortable working on lifts and at heights
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Compensation

• Per Diem - $125 7 days a week
• Hourly - $21 an hour

Schedule

• Night shift work typically 7PM-7AM (60 hours a week)
