Job Description

Join our team as a Material Handler in a large distribution center that plays a crucial role in distributing pet food nationally. This position requires individuals to manually pull orders using a pallet jack, count inventory and items on pallets, shrink-wrap, and document shipping and receiving processes. Your performance and efficiency in pulling orders will be evaluated regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manually pull orders using a pallet jack.
• Count inventory and items on pallets accurately.
• Shrink wrap pallets and prepare for shipping.
• Document shipping and receiving processes using pen and paper.
• Maintain performance and efficiency in pulling orders.
• Sit down forklift experience.

Work Environment

Work in a semi-climate controlled distribution center with a distinctive pet food aroma. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed, starting at 6 AM and continuing until tasks are complete, which may extend to 12-hour shifts during busy seasons such as holidays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.
