Recruiter

Description

This position is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners and Centers of Expertise, and other team members to bring highly qualified, diverse talent into the organization. In addition to full-cycle recruiting work, this role may also participate in various projects and efforts to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and strategy.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

Carries out all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Occasionally participates in projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities

Discusses relevant metrics and trends with HR business partners and business leaders

Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events

Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process
